All Branded products sold on this site are covered by Manufacturer's warranty. All other products are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by Seller’s warranty except for power components and batteries.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
- What if an item received is defective?
Kindly give us a call and speak to our customer care representative and obtain an RMA number.
Return the defective item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace Please put the RMA number on your package.
Only packages having an RMA number are accepted.
- Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?
Kindly give us a call if you are not satisfied with a product please feel free to return the product if you are not happy within 10 day of purchase.
REFUNDS
- How do I get a refund?
If you paid by cheque / COD or Net Banking we will issue you a cheque in the name in which we have received the money.
